Eligibility
The Tasha Dunham Memorial Scholarship is dedicated to supporting further education in the state of Maine. The board of directors is constantly working towards keeping the memory of Tasha Dunham alive and thriving by continuing to raise funds and offer financial assistance to deserving candidates.
Currently the TDMS is offering a $1,250 annual scholarship available in the summer of 2020. To apply for this scholarship the following requirements are necessary:
1. Accepted to a institute of post-secondary or graduate education.
2. Either be diagnosed with a developmental disability or are pursuing a higher education in order to obtain a career in the field of improving the lives of individuals diagnosed with a developmental disability.
3. Preference given to residents of Maine.
Applications are due by July 1st. Awards will be given by August 1st.
